1、把解压所得的 zh-tw 放进游戏安装文件夹 /date/locale/ 里面
2、改桌面快捷方式：右键点击孢子快捷方式——属性——目标，改成形如”…\Sporebin\SporeApp.exe” -locale:zh-tw
（其实就是把目标栏最后的字符 en-us 改成 zh-tw ； 如果将来想玩英文版，就把此处改回 en-us）
如果实在看不懂以上方法，也可以这样：
先把/date/locale/里的所有东西删除（注意备份） ； 把文件夹zh-tw改名为en-us，放进去

first, don’t register the game with an EA account, and don’t go online.
不要安装游戏自带的download manager，必须先覆盖好破解补丁才能启动游戏，破解补丁的覆盖在下一步详细叙述，不要注册EA的账号，不要进行网战（即多人在线游戏，因为只有买的正版才能多人在线游戏），注意这里不是说玩的时候不能上网，是不能网战，游戏安装与正常游戏时连不连网都可以。
4. Copy the cracked content over from the Crack directory on the disc to
your installation directory\SporeBin.
安装完后，在Daemon Tools的的盘符那，就是出现的虚拟光驱的盘符那，右键–打开，会出现ISO的目录，把其中Crack文件夹下的文件一律复制到游戏安装目录，替代了原有的。

Tidepool阶段：游戏起初的活动是一种自由模式很类似于《派克人》、NES经典游戏《46亿年物语（E.V.O.）》以及DC上的《动物番长（Cubivore）》，在自然法则之下，依靠杀掉敌人并吃掉敌人来成长自己；
进化发展阶段：这个阶段感觉类似《暗黑破坏神》，强调角色的战斗和成长；
部族形成阶段：当角色的成长和发展达到令人满意的阶段，将放弃个体的控制转而成为新型的RTS界面；
城市阶段：这个阶段很像威尔·赖特自己的《模拟城市》系列，强调城市的建设和布局；

侵略扩张阶段：统治整个星球之后，穿过浩瀚的宇宙侵略和扩张其它太阳系的文明。侵略扩张阶段是十分开放的的。玩家可以侵略的文明，也可以在太空中冒险，这阶段类似《星际迷航（Star Trek）》系列
各阶段组成一个完整演化进程：细胞、生物、部落、文明和太空，每个阶段都有不同的挑战和目标。玩家可以选择从细胞阶段开始，从微不足道的水中细胞生物慢慢培育一个物种，使其进化成有知觉的物种；或是从多个星球上建立部落或文明再开始游戏，随心所欲地操弄属于自己的世界。
威尔·赖特说：”《Spore》与传统游戏的设计相反，传统游戏总是在一定的框框内。而《Spore》却跳出了这个框框。当玩家征服银河系之后，将成为一切的主宰，同时玩家可以用自己的方式去对付其余的星系。”游戏采用编辑工具要比简单使用一些预先定义的界面要好得多。更重要的是玩家的想象力使游戏变成了，他或者她的游戏。《Spore》也提供在线连接到游戏的中央数据库来让玩家们分享他们创造的一切属于自己的东西。这种新颖的设计，提供给了玩家自由的想象去创造，来满足所有人的口味。
